On the south side of the rocks is the first southern beach (739). It is 1km long, faces east and has finer sand than the main beach. The sand and slightly lower waves produce a lower, wider beach. There are also low rocks bordering each end and in the centre of the beach. The road runs behind the beach, with a few houses scattered along the foreshore.
Beach Length: 1km
General Hazard Rating: 3/10
