To the west of the bluffs is a steep high tide cobble beach (32), fronted by an eroded limestone rock flat, then the reefs offshore. The reefs absorb most of the wave energy and calm conditions usually prevail at the shore. A good boat ramp and car park are located on the western side of the bluffs. Adjacent to the boat ramp are a playground, toilets and a phone, but no other facilities. A grassy foreshore reserve backs the beach, with a second large car park towards the western end.
Beach Length: 0.4km
General Hazard Rating: 1/10
