Quinns Rocks (N) commences on the northern end of the breakwater and continues north for 2.3km. This section of beach consists of a sandy beach broken up by three groynes spaced along the beach. Low swell and reflective beach conditions usually prevail with a bar and rips occurring only during and following periods of higher waves. There is a 1km stretch of dog beach which runs between Camira Way and Waterland Point carpark.
